Connie’s career is packed with accomplishments – from building Lactalis’s R&D function from the ground up to creating a legacy that provided a lasting platform for dairy export growth into Asia. She’s also led major capital projects, including the introduction of new technology platforms and line commissioning, giving her a real knack for scaling innovation.

Together with her mighty team, Connie leads the way in Research and Development and Product and Packaging Innovation, with a commitment to health-focused product formulation.
